Patag Farmer’s Integrated Social Forestry Association (PaFISFA)

The Patag Farmer’s Integrated Social Forestry Association (PAFISFA) is a farmers’ associations under the forest stewardship program of the government. Through their GAP certification, the farmers takes on the responsibility of ensuring food safety and that farming practices do not contribute to environmental degradation. A core group of 10 farmers was certified in September 2014. GAP Certification was renewed in 2015 is valid until October 2016.
